Royal Bloodline Notes

This is a compilation of notes and sources to the doctrine of Holy Bloodlines recently discussed on a podcast I recorded with Julie Rowe.

Royal Bloodlines
Doctrinal / Scriptural foundation for Bloodlines - Allegory of the Olive Tree, Jacob 5 (One of the most spiritually significant chapters in scripture, and one that tends to get skipped)
  • Young tender branches, nethermost parts: Jacob 5:8, 13, 14, 20-22, 39, 43-44 (directly fulfilled by Nephites and Jaredites, and others)
  • And behold, saith the Lord of the vineyard, I take away many of these young and tender branches, and I will graft them whithersoever I will; and it mattereth not that if it so be that the root of this tree will perish, I may preserve the fruit thereof unto myself; wherefore, I will take these young and tender branches, and I will graft them whithersoever I will.
Zedekiah - Jeremiah 52
  • King Priest Prophet (King through royal Davidic line, House of Judah), Hilkiah was High Priest; Prophets were Jeremiah, Lehi, Hulda, Ezekiel, later came Daniel in Babylon).
  • Two children preserved
  • Mulek - Mosiah 25:2; Helaman 6:10
  • Tamar - Hansen, Vaughn; Israels Lost Ten Tribes pg 89; M.H. Milner. The Royal House of Britain: An Enduring Dynasty (Rochester, Kent: Stanhope Press [Staples Printers Ltd.]), 1975.; Jeremiah, Ireland, the Stone of Scone, and the English Kings ... Tamar Tephi: or The Maid of Destiny, by John Dunham-Massey, 1918, and J. J. Pearson, 1924. London. (https://www.originofnations.org/old_bi_literature/tea_tephi/tea2.html)
  • The Fall of Israel was foretold: Isaiah 1:7-9, Hosea 9:17, Joel 1:6-7, Ezek. 12:10-13
  • Evil governor appointed by Nebuchadnezzar carries them away to Egypt. Jeremiah and his g-granddaughter princesses and his friend Baruch flee through the Mediterranean and arrive at the Iberian Peninsula now known as Spain, to the city of Sagunto, and then to Zaragossa.
  • There, they are well cared for by royalty in fulfillment of the Lords promise to Jeremiah in Jer. 15:11 that "it shall be well with thy remnant; verily I will cause the enemy to entreat thee well in the time of evil and in the time of affliction".
  • The younger princess marries the oldest Prince of the Zarahites, thus infusing royal Davidic/Israelite blood into Spain
  • The Scepter shall not depart from Judah until Shiloh come Gen. 49:20
  • Ollam Fodhla readily gave his consent to the marriage of his young Charge with King Eochaidh, the Ardagh or Head King, and Tamar or Tea Tephi became in due course the Queen Consort of Ireland. The rough, square Stone, brought with the Princess, playing an important part in the marriage ceremony, for the royal couple were united before this "Stone of Destiny" as a silent witness of their solemn union (Gen. 49:24; Josh. 24:27; I Sam. 7:12); and they were subsequently crowned upon it, with the newly-made Queen's Golden Banner waving over them. For an account of this famous Lia Fail, or "Stone of Destiny," and Golden Banner, see Note 9 in Appendix.
Britain
It seems as though the Lord has always had a place of safety prepared for those who follow Him. Britain was one of those places early on, in addition to America.

Royal Davidic / AND Holy Bloodline preserved through Mary Magdalene and Jesus' children. Joseph of Arimathea and other Jews carried the blood of Judah to Britain and their children married in with kings and Queens. Fascinating that the symbol of the tribe of Judah is find on the royal Crest next to Joseph's symbol.
The so-called Mythical stories of Merlin and Arthur are real. They both had miraculous births, linking them both to Royal Israelite and divine bloodlines.
St. Patrick; St. Nicholas; other Knights of the Round-table are descended from Joseph of Arimathea, a Jew, and other royal Davidic and Divine bloodlines of Christ and Mary.
LDS Pioneers in 1800's are descendants of these lines.
Asia
Julie's story of China.
Tang and early Sung Dynasty, reached its height in 618 ad 906 AD. A priest (Alobwen?) found a sealed room like a library in the early 1900's in north western China in a town called Dun Huang along the Silk Road. Stacks and scrolls, paintings, art. Scrolls spoke of the jade faced one. Christian books, written in Chinese. They called them the Jesus Sutras. (The root word for Sutra is "Sutre", which means "Thread"). Showed how Jesus' teachings meshed well with Eastern religions. Jesus mentioned in the 2nd sutra was referred to as "The visitor" to the Buddha. He offered himself as the Savior, and a way out of escaping the effects of Karma and rebirth. (Glenn Kimball; Chinese Library Cave: Ancient Christian Text Discovery, June 2007).
India - Kranganor, St. Thomas proselytized there. Earliest christian church next to Glastonbury where Mary Magdalene and Joseph of Arimathea settled. Persian Christians read the Teachings of the Apostles, written and compiled by Tersian.
Japanese village (Herai-mura) according to legend was settled by Israelites. Contains shrines and relics of a Hebrew nature to this day.
Philippines - The record Ang Aklatan is the Philippine equivalent of the Book of Mormon. It's a truly beautiful record.
America Nephites / Lamanites - Book of Mormon, but also the Mentinah Records who are considered the People of Haggoth. These records begin at the time of Samuel the Lamanite in the Book of Mormon, who is also the first author. Beautiful records!

  2. love this, Eric. There is so much information to be found in "other records", besides the ones we have as a Church. Brother Pratt talks much about the blood lines that came to the States from England. Lots of inspired truths and teachings that were given by the Lord are out there. Here is one:
Russian explorer ( Nicholas Notovitch ) discovered in the late 1800 in a monastery in Tibet the records of ancient traders and their experiences with Christ and His teachings. In the text Christ talks about the divine role of women

The discourse Verses 9 through 21

    9. Whosoever respecteth not his mother, the most sacred being after his God, is unworthy of the name of son.

    10. Verily I say unto you: Respect woman, for she is the mother of the universe, and all the truth of divine creation dwells within her.

    11. On her depends the whole existence of man, for she is his natural and moral support.

    12. She gives birth to you in the midst of suffering. By the sweat of her brow she rears you, and until her death you cause her the gravest anxieties. Bless her and adore her, for she is your only true friend and support on earth.

    13. Respect her, protect her. In acting thus you will win her love and her heart. You will find favor in the sight of God and many sins shall be forgiven you.

    14. In the same way, love your wives and respect them; for they will be mothers tomorrow, and each later on the ancestress of race.

    15. Be submissive toward your wife. Her love ennobles man, softens his hardened heart, tames the brute in him, and makes of him a lamb.

    16. the wife and the mother are the inappreciable treasures given unto you by God. They are the fairest ornaments of existence, and of them shall be born all the inhabitants of the world.

    17. Even as the God of hosts separated of the light from the darkness and the land from the waters, woman possesses the divine talent of separating in a man good intentions from evil thoughts.

    18. Wherefore I say unto you, after God your best thoughts should belong to women and to wives, woman being for you the temple wherein you will easily obtain perfect happiness.

    19. Here you will forget your sorrows and your failures, and you will recover the lost energy necessary to enable you to help your neighbor.

    20. Do not expose her to humiliation. In acting thus you would humiliate yourselves and lose the sentiment of love, without which nothing exists here upon earth.

    21. Protect your wife, in order that she may protect you and all your family. All that you do for your wife, your mother, for a widow or another woman in distress, you will have done unto your God.

    1. This podcast and notes reminded me of part of the White Horse prophecy given by Joseph Smith as recorded by Edwin Rushton. I know it isn't widely excepted in the church, but I believe there to be much truth in it, I felt the familiarity and spirit in it. In this prophecy there is a part that talks about England/Great Britain. How he took the best of the blood from other lands and placed them there. That one day they will know why they've had this great power and conquering. The blood of Israel within them. Here's a link to what introduced me to this prophecy. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_MHCvXh8twA What are your thoughts Eric on the full prophecy and this small part of it?

The Doctrinal Significance of "The Callout"

Throughout the history of good and evil on earth there have been many key moments when evil might have prevailed over righteous had the Lord not intervened. Such times demonstrate the Lord's tender mercy to the righteous, along with his vengeance upon the wicked. But despite his miraculous ability to protect and preserve he has always used practical means of separating the righteous from the wicked before exercising judgment. Such will be the case again in a future event. "The Callout", as it has come to be known in some circles, will offer protection during the  Days of Tribulation  to those who hear the Lord's voice, and it will safely lead many of the elect who harden not their hearts into the Millennium (see  Doctrine and Covenants 43:29 ). The Callout is not widely discussed or understood. Just enough has been revealed to start conversation and  lead to speculation. Those who have not studied this subject may think of it as a future event when the saints...

A Letter to a Church Divided

Dear Brothers and Sisters, For years I have believed a day of division in our church was coming, but I have always supposed it would be over some controversial political issue, like some of those we have seen in the recent past. Perhaps those issues have caused some division, but I believe there is another division taking place that is closer to the heart of the gospel than those issues. It tugs at the heart and soul of the latter-day church, and the experience of a young boy who knew he could receive divine guidance if he asked for it. Following his miraculous vision, he told his experience to his minister and got the following reaction: "he treated my communication not only lightly, but with great contempt, saying it was all of the devil, that there were no such things as visions or revelations in these days; that all such things had ceased with the apostles, and that there would never be any more of them." ( Joseph Smith - History 1:21 ) I believe in a ch...

Nine Takeaways from an intense study of the Last Days

I recently undertook an intense study of the Abrahamic Covenant. I learned a lot! It put nearly every doctrine and principle I've learned in a global context. I now see that everything in the gospel of Jesus Christ relates to the covenants the Father made with Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. And I see that God is very interested in Abraham's posterity and in protecting them. Later I became curious how those covenants pertained to the Last days, and the Millennium. I have read and reread the books of Isaiah, 1st and 2nd Nephi, key Doctrine and Covenants chapters, and a bunch of general conference quotes. Not surprisingly, I realized the Abrahamic Covenant has everything to do with the Millennium. There were a few other significant lessons I learned along the way. Here are my takeaways from this interesting study: The difficult to understand scriptures are often most critical.  The chapters I have often skipped in scriptures due to their difficulty of interpretation, like Isaiah, ...
